Located 1/2 way between Rosarito and Ensenada, La Salina not only has it's own beach and marina, but the beaches and
nitelife of LaMision is only a 5 minute drive away.
Owner and chef, Jean Claude and wife Martha, are long time owners of the popular French Restaurant Le Rendez-vous
in Tucson AZ.
For all tenants, we have wireless INTERNET CONNECTION, a large Jacuzzi, barbecue as well as a margarita terrace on the top of the building to entertain for large gatherings.
Beach is right in front of the building, the Marina on the back.
If any of our guests wish to have Lunch or Dinner a menu will be offered a la carte and served in the B&B large dining area.
Brand new construction this 8500 sf building has a variety of rooms and apartments all with travertine floors and showers. Comfortable, beautifully appointed rooms and apartments are decorated with style and flair.
On street level is the large B&B. The great room has marvelous views of the water, a large flat screen TV, leather furniture, large dining table, huge island kitchen.
Your rental includes a gourmet continental breakfast, with cooked-to-order eggs, salsa, fruit salad or fresh fruits, home made toasts or croissants, coffee or tea,
butter, jam, fruit juice, cream, daily fresh baked cake.

Long term rentals will not included Gas and Electric. Refundable security deposit applies and will be refunded at the end of the lease if there are no damages.
If guests of the apartments wish to have a Gourmet Breakfast, they can be served in the B&B upstairs for $10 per person. Reservations required.
