Two story, it features the bedrooms downstairs (queen and 2 twins) and the living quarters upstairs with a balcony which overlooks the mountains and the estuary, which is home to thousands of varieties of birds. A short 3 minute walk to the beach places you on the wonderful 6 mile beach of Punta Banda.

Off season Nov 1-April 30 $125.00 per night, 2 nt min. rental
On Season May 1-Oct 31 $175.00 per night, 3 nts min.rental
Add refundable $300.00 security deposit.
All holiday periods have a minimum rental of 4 nights.
