Prices:
Off season Nov 1-April 30 $225.00 per night, 2 nt min. rental.
On Season May 1-Oct 31 $275.00 per night, 3 nts min. rental.
Add $300.00 refundable security.
All holiday periods have a minimum rental of 4 nights.
